The Harmon Kardon harmony Remote has been out for a few months now, but CNET's finally gotten around to reviewing it.

What do they think? Well, they're enamored with the decent battery life, strong IR signal, Windows and Mac support, and included docking cradle. In a showdown between this remote and the Harmony 720, they'd recommend this one partially due to the "extra set of contextual icons on the screen."

The only problems they've noticed were minor ones, like the remote not sitting that securely in the dock and an intimidating web interface. Nothing product killing, and definitely nothing severe enough to recommend staying away from this remote. It's available now for around £100.
