From the ‘out-there’ designer of the clever OLED keyboard, Optimus, comes the next phase in reinventing your desktop.
Meet the Upravlator keyboard which looks oddly like a display, which it is – kind of. This is what happens when you start trying to explain what the hell Art Lebedev is up too. This is essentially a 12-button version of the three button keyboard, measuring 10.8in, which plugs into second monitor port to allow designers and artists quickly switch between tasks or tools. Think of it like a very good-looking set of function keys.
Users can assign whatever they like to each button. That’s all we know apart from it doesn’t exist yet.-Martin Lynch

What exactly is the advatage of this layout over just using the touch screen on its own? You seem to pay more for a more a complicated solution that offers less screen real estate. A well desinged dynamic UI for the touch screen would seem a better way..
Or am I missing something??
Actually, it has 60 buttons; 4 around each display button, & the display button itself.
