While many of are still struggling with 3G and 3.5G phones the boffins at NTT DoCoMo have been previewing their 4G vision of the future.
Do download speeds of 1GB per second crank your Gadgetometer? Remember, we are looking at seeing 4G devices in 2015 so you’ll have to excuse the brick-like demonstration device that the boys and girls at T3 got to play with in Tokyo. It’s to contain the 3D goggles you see – yes, 3D, that old chestnut – which allow you to have visual data and images superimposed over whatever you are looking at in real-life.
Hmm, take the number of idiots that get run over by cars while texting and quadruple it then.
