After scoring a Wii this morning, I finally took a break to hook it up. My joyous unpacking was short lived as I made a harsh realization. The Wii is too tall to stand up in my entertainment center.

So instead, the Wii lies limp noodle on its side, shriveled insignificant next to the powerful Xbox 360. And then I realized just how genius the Wii stand is. By placing a slight angle on a fairly sad looking optical drive, Nintendo created an iconic...dare I say timeless design.

And I don't get to enjoy it one bit.
