From online music stores to domestic chores, Samsung has its fingers in every new news pie this week. Meet it’s luxury Hauzen washing machine with a twist, compliments of designer Andre Kim. If you live in an art deco manor then this will fit in perfectly but, for the rest of you, does the expression ‘tacky kitsch nonsense’ mean anything?
If it’s like the previous Hauzen washing machine then it will feature the 'Silver Wash' technology from the original. This means that it uses electrolysis to sterilise and kill 99.9% of bacteria.
“When set on 'Silver Wash,' the washer's sterilisation system generates silver particles that kill off bacteria and mold in the laundry giving clothes a clean, healthy and bacteria-free wash.”
Wow, all that with some ugly gilding thrown in. The girl is extra. Jump for a close-up.- Martin Lynch
