It looks very nice doesn’t it? As mock-ups go. This is the evil twin of all those goodie two-shoes white Xbox 360s in the world (mine included) and it has evil plans too. According to some gamers Down Under, Microsoft is planning to launch a black Xbox 360 there with a 120GB hard disk drive and HDMI input in April – maybe the end of March to slow the PS3 charge due on March 23rd. Price? Around £299.
Hang on though. There hasn’t been a whiff of similar rumours up here so I’d hold off jumping for joy just yet. Also Microsoft has been very quiet on what, if any, PS3 spoiler plans are in place. It has already ruled out price cuts.
If true though, it’s a tempting package since we have heard about the 120GB drive before and the HDMI input is badly needed. All views, news and scurrilous rumours on this appreciated.-Martin Lynch

These rumors have been flying round for the last 6 months. HDMI port, larger hard drive as well as the black shell. Get a clue guys.
These things aren't new, and there are several options. In fact there's one on ebuyer for £34 at the moment. I'm sure you get what you pay for though. I'm actually waiting for a good one with Wifi that I can push either local or flickr images to, rather than have to transfer by usb/card.

If they actualy release this as po0 has pointed out that these rumours are realy old, it would kill ps3 even more if it came at that price and WORKED would be nice instead of crashing all the time. and maybe be they could add support for divx files aswell for streaming as nobody in the right mind wants wmv crap on there pc. Come MS get a grip release it allready and do it properly so it works for one eh?????
I cant wait till it comes out their has been so much talk about it that i wouldnt doubt about it coming out cause come on theirs been talk about it for the past six months so it has to be real!

It's like the PSP, too. The original one looks FAR nicer than the alternate colour.
The 120GB hard disk would be nice, though.
Well Xbox have sent a message to all LIVE users saying that there will be an update on the 27th March 2007 frmo 7pm GMT that will last around 12 hours.
Maybe this could be a PS3 Spoiler in some way? Whatever they're updating I sure hope it's something good and worth the 12 hours.

if you prefer the black look many aftermarket cases are availiable (many colours)
its fake, paste the picture into paint, and invert the colors, youll see its just a crappy photoshop edit
If you only invert the colours.. the green light will turn blue and the controler buttons on the top-left also change colours.. But it sure is a crappy picture, the white lines.. Wtf? they should be black
