reversible screen 1.jpg

You know how it is. You’re outside enjoying a few minutes of sun, practising your putting and sipping Pina Colada’s when the big game begins and you have to head in.

Not so with the reversible projection screen from Draper, which can instantly handle a reversed image so that you can continue watching your fave movie inside or out, depending on the weather. [It's on the left of the photo]

This is an 11 x 8-foot screen made from Draper rear-projection material that allows the reversed image from a Sharp Vision Z3000 video projector to shine through it. The projector can also work as a simple front-projector system for indoor viewing since the weather at this ideal golf resort house in Hawaii probably enjoys less rain than the average golf resort house in Scotland.

LED Table Gives Your Meals a Sensual Glow May 12, 2007

This LED table, designed by Julian Appelius and Fabien Dumas, may look like a regular table at first, but that changes when you place something down. When an object—usually transparent—interrupts the path of the light through the table, the light gets transferred into the object and lights it up all pretty-like.

We're not sure what practical use this table has, but who can say no to LEDs? – Jason Chen
