iPhone Lands June 29 - In The US June 4, 2007

A series of adverts shown on US TV this weekend revealed that the iPhone really is arriving at the end of the month, June 29 to be exact.
It will sport a £250 price tag for the entry level model, with the higher end version costing around £300. The ads highlighted the big screen, scrolling through emails using your finger on the touch-screen, surfing the Net and watching videos.
AT&T is the chosen partner and while demand is expected to be ridiculous the question now is, can they supply enough of them? If it’s like any other massively-hyped launch product, probably not. There’s no date yet for a launch in Europe although demand is also expected to be crazy here too.
Would you buy one?-Martin Lynch

hi,
in my own opinion, the question should be when will you be getting your iphone?
short answer: no
too much money to be carrying around (i already use a pda/phone in the form of an mda vario II) too so you thought i wouldnt care/would be the target audience. Just doesnt grab me.
yer i will be getting one but there are 2 questions is it going to be contract only. and what networks??????
I've been holding off upgrading my Virgin phone in expectation of upgrading to the iPhone when it becomes available later in the year in the UK. Although I may got for another SonyEricsson if the price point is too high.
Yes. I have an apple tv, and i live in the UK. 'fanboy' doesn't come close. it is good though, the iPhone.
I might get one. I'll need to wait and see how the touch interface works out.
I think it's got a beautiful user interface and it definately sets the standard of what a phone should be able to do and feel like.
In short though, no I won't be getting one. Apple just cannot do hardware successfully, I've had three iPods die, all of which had awful battery life.
can i order the iphone from this site?
