Apple, alongside its new all-in-one iMacs, has unveiled some anorexic and stylish keyboards.
The new keyboards have been completely redesigned and put on a starvation diet so that what you end up with is a sliver of anodized aluminium with low-profile keys that Apple claims, “provide a crisp, responsive feel”. The keyboard measures just 0.33in at the front edge.
It also comes with a number of Mac-specific function keys for altering screen brightness, volume, eject, play/pause, fast-forward and rewind, Exposé, and Dashboard. There are two spare USB 2.0 ports for connecting other USB peripherals.
It costs £29 here. There’s also a wireless Bluetooth version for £49. Jump now for a slinky side profile shot. -Martin Lynch
