Self-healing Robot Chair October 20, 2007

I’m not really sure why you might need a self-healing robot chair but someone has made one and to be truthful, it’s pretty cool watching it do its thing.

From a sudden collapse to an automatic rebuild, this chair would certainly be an eye-catcher at your dinner party. Actually, I don’t know anyone that ‘hosts’ dinner parties so that rules that out, although the locals at the pub would be amused. At least it is less freaky than the Zeno Robot Boy and less scary than the Swimming Robot. So what else is it good for?

I’ve got it. You know all those chairs they used to break in Western movies, during the obligatory bar room brawl.....-Martin Lynch

I bought one. Bad back, you see. Felt rather good...But as I languished ....I thought of the movie GOG and the Japanese Solar Power Project in Space. I worry about Failsafe procedures with solar projects beaming down from Space.

Please God may they be very careful. May they be as Green and careful as they can be.
