I’m not sure if you need a constant Wi-Fi location tracker but if you know someone that spends a lot of time hunting for decent Wi-Fi spots, then prepare for them to owe you big-time when you get them one of these.
This is the Wi-Fi Detecting Watch where one press of a button will let you know if there is Wi-Fi in the air and what the strength of the signal is.
The strength is shown as a number from 0 to 8, letting you know exactly what kind of connectivity you can expect or if you need to move a little closer to the access point.
As to be expected it does all those other boring wristwatch things like tell the time, alarm, world time mode and calendar etc. Yours for a very reasonable £15 here.
If the Wi-Fi watch is just not ‘out there’ enough, you can always opt to move up another rung on the geek ladder with the Wi-Fi T-shirt. See it in action after the jump.-Martin Lynch
