I’m not sure how much you love your little green men but I expect it would have to be a whole lot to buy the UFO home. Looking like something a crackpot from the X-Files would be holing up in, this amazing structure is actually a fully functioning home.

It has 2,000sq-feet of living space spread across three floors, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a decent kitchen, living room and a large bar {Woo-Hoo!!]. Inside, it also sports some 'futuristic' controls [at least they were in the 70s] for controlling some of the electronic items.

cylon.jpg I liked the original Cylon troopers from Battlestar Gallactica, if for no other reason than they were the worst shots in the universe. Right up there with the Stormtroopers.

Maybe it had something to do with that damn light flashing back and forth on their visors. The series is back this days – completely overhauled – but there are still Cylons, even if they have gone on a diet and swapped CGI for the Sweaty-Human-In-A-Costume.

Asus hogged a lot of spotlight at the recent CeBIT 2008 show for its new Eee laptops and, as a result, the company’s Eee-related desktop PC got mostly overlooked.

This is the Eee EP20, a desktop PC that will also run the Linux OS and use an Intel 1.87GHz dual core processor. Of course, it might also be tweaked to run Windows XP like the Eee laptop, but there’s no official confirmation of that.

Sony PS3 fanboys will be strutting around again this month after US sales figures just in showed that the PS3 outsold the Xbox 360 in February.

This is the second month in a row that the PS3 has finally managed to get ahead of its key rival but Microsoft has put the sales lapse down to lingering product shortages. NPD Group said that the PS3 racked up unit sales of 280,841 for February compared to 360 sales of 255,000 – a 10% lead. Xbox 360 games held 5 of the Top 10 slots in software sales though, compared to one for the PS3.

Of course, the Wii continued to kick both of their butts with February sales of 432,000.

Even if Microsoft sorts out the availability issues, it might find it hard to regain the lead in the long term now that the high-def movie format war is over and Blu-ray is the winner.

After all, there are lot of gamers/movie buffs out there that held off on the PS3 partly because the HD war was unresolved. I know I did, at least until two weeks ago, when I finally added the PS3 to complete my console line-up. And yes, it’s great – and a whole lot quieter than my Xbox 360 Elite, which seems to think it’s a jet-fighter at take-off.

Like it as I do though, I will not be getting a PS3 tattoo. -Martin Lynch

wireless nunchuck.jpg Thanks to the wireless nature of the Wii, the absurdly popular console has spawned a diverse range of add-ons, from Zappers to Wiisabers. Today, we have the Wireless Nunchuck from Nyko.

Whereas you have to connect the existing Wii nunchuck to the Wiimote using a cable, this baby adheres to the Wii’s wireless ethos by letting you snip that umbilical.
