phantom keystroker.jpgAnyone who got some mischievous mileage out of pissing off their workmates and family with the Annoy-o-Tron [so good I covered it twice, oops :)], may like to up their game by checking out the equalling frustrating Phantom Keystroker.

Technically more advanced, the Phantom Keystroker is designed to completely flummox even the most technically capable office colleague. Take one circuit board with a USB cable attached, plug it into the victim’s PC when they go to the bog and then settle back to enjoy the show as the targeted PC starts to go haywire.

“The Keystroker emulates a keyboard and mouse and periodically makes random mouse movements and types out odd garbage text and phrases. A simple jumper setting allows you to choose between either keyboard garbage typing, annoying mouse movements or both. An adjustment pot sets the duration between "events".”

Keyboard bashing, swearing, pulling hair, angry calls to the IT department, company-wide virus alert – ah, the sweet smell of victory. Of course, you’ll probably get fired.
