I’ve seen some great guitar players wielding dual-neck guitars but I have never seen anything quite as insane looking as the quadruple neck guitar.

This is the Pro Electric Quadruple Neck Instrument With Guitar, Bass, Banjo and Mandolin Necks. Apart from needing another arm with 9 or 10 fingers attached, you’ll also have to have a neck made from granite to wield this monster on stage. And just how many spare strings will you need on any given night?

The ‘silver sparkly’ guitar/bass/banjo/mandolin looks like it stepped right out of one of those live 1970s rock performances and it just sold on eBay for the ridiculously low sum of around £130.

I’m guessing this would be a little harder to master than Guitar Hero and I have to say that I think Gibson's Robot Guitar has little to worry about.

All Gizmodo guitar masters are asked for feedback on this big-ass contraption and whether the term ‘practical’ does, or does not, apply to the quadruple neck guitar.-Martin Lynch

Yeah a guitarist called Michael Angelo Batio made one but it got stolen. I'm sure you can find it on google.

Jason, MAB's quad necked guitar has been reproduced by Dean Guitars. It's slightly different to this one, however...
