This summer’s undoubted animated movie heavyweight is going to be Pixar/Disney’s Wall-E and the marketing engine is swinging into overdrive.

This very cool animatronic Wall-E robot was spotted being very cute and cuddly on L.A’s streets, fielding some basic questions and speaking in the kind of voice used by someone mostly passed out drunk in a taxi answering questions about where exactly they live.

He waves, rolls, turns his head, pulls some poses and even cranks himself up and down. It’s rumoured that Disney will be placing the 3-feet tall animatronic Wall-E’s in all of its Disneyland theme parks to delight adults and scare the shit out of the kids. Business as usual then.

If you’re in Disneyland anytime soon, send us some photos or vids of your encounter with the love-struck bot. –Martin Lynch
