We take them for granted now but MP3 players were once very new indeed and it’s hard to believe that this month marks the 10th birthday of the first commercially available player, the MPMan F10 [pictured].
Created by Saehan Information Systems in Korea, it was launched in March 1998 and came with just 32MB of memory, making it good for just 8-10 songs. Heady stuff indeed. Read on.
